Warranty covers lenses and frames for 90 days after date of purchase. Once an item has been replaced or repaired, the warranty expires. This warranty does not cover lost or stolen frames. CLEO NICCI has exclusive right to decide.
If for any reason your frame breaks within 60 days, we will replace it for FREE.
If you scratch, break or damage your prescription lens within 365 days we will replace the lens for 50% off retail price.
Warning: For any criminal activity or fraud activity including inappropriate dispute transactions, Cleo Nicci has absolute right to provide videos or photos to FBI, Police Department or customers banks. Customers will be responsible on legal processing.
For US customers: Items can be RETURNED for full refund or exchanged for free within 7 days after the date of delivery without item being worn or any damage. If for any reason your frame breaks within 2 months of delivery date, we will replace it for free.
For International customers: Items can be RETURNED or exchanged within 15 days after the date of delivery without any damage. International shipping fee will be deducted from the amount of refund. If items are picked up at CLEO NICCI stores, no shipping fees will be deducted from the amount of refund.
If an item is FINAL SALE it cannot be returned or exchanged.
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, unscratched, defective merchandise. We cannot accept returns after 15 days of your receipt of the merchandise. The return date is the day that you ship out the package. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective.
How and where do I return
We will be glad to refund or exchange any new and unused merchandise. You may return your item(s) to our Returns department.On the back of the packing slip enclosed with your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment). Enclose the return section of the packing slip with your item(s). Please use one of the return labels provided on the front of your packing slip to ensure proper return address and credit information. Price adjustments on previous purchases are not permitted.
