How long before my glasses are ready?

Alll glass order shippments depends on customization. On average, it will take 3 - 7 business days for order arrival.

How do i submit my prescription ?

  • Upload a picture of your prescription
  • Submit your Doctors information and we will contact them
  • Stop by one of our locations where our trained associates can read the lenses off your current glasses



How can i recieve an itemized receipt for insurance reimbursement ?

What is a PD ?

The PD measurement is the distance in millimeters between your pupils. This is a required measurement to help us center the lenses to your eyes.

How do i clean my lenses ?

Wash with warm water and soap, Dry with a lint free cloth.
